At Falling West, each product is made to order. Once you place your order, it is sent into production before being packaged and shipped to you.
Processing Time
Because our products are made specifically for each order, please allow time for production before your order ships.
Most orders are produced within approximately 2–5 business days, although production times may vary during busy periods or holidays.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location, the shipping method available for your order, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout when available.
Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple products, your items may occasionally be produced or shipped separately.
This means you may receive more than one package for the same order. If this happens, you may also receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Carrier delays can occasionally happen after an order has shipped.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
International Orders
Shipping availability, delivery times, and costs vary by destination and are shown during checkout when available.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are not controlled by Falling West and are the responsibility of the customer.
